Marcia Evans

Marcia Evans is the owner of Marcia Evans Gallery, a fine art gallery and art consultancy, specializing in corporate and residential environments. Her gallery represents contemporary local, regional, national and international artists and artworks in sculpture, paintings, prints and glass. The gallery also offers full appraisal and restoration services.

Evans has more than 15 years art consulting, arts brokering and leasing, and gallery experience. Her capabilities on behalf of a diverse client base include collaboration with artists, architects and interior designers. Her extensive roster of corporate clients includes Battelle, Design Collective, Inc., Longaberger Co., Merck Medco, Progressive Medical, Inc., Rosendales Restaurant, the State of Ohio, and Grange Insurance.

Evans has been involved with numerous curatorial projects, including work with premier abstract painter Robert Natkin in New York, Pop artist Jim Dine and American photorealist painter Robert Cottingham.

Evans holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Her community affiliations include the Columbus Chamber of Commerce, Columbus Art Museum where she is a member of Beaux Arts and Sessions, and is on the Board and a Co Chair on the Soiree Committee, Wexner Center for the Arts, Columbus Arts Festival Committee and the Short North Business Association.  Evans also serves as a core committee member for the Ohio Percent for Arts Program of the Ohio Arts Council.
